Our direct production is CASELINER flight cases or boxes works as standard equipment at many sphere of activities, for example large aplication at motosport, catering, protection of measuring instruments, audio/video equipments, large aplication at motorsport´, industry and all areas where you prefere safety transportation, storing or presentation. Our target are high quality transport cases with long lifetime, hight torsional rigidity and modern desing also. All boxes are made to measure according to your request at professional level, as it is our standard. All flight cases we recomend for many applications in catering, cases for driver equipments (helmets, driers, radio), tools and equipments (weights, geometry, lasers, turntable) etc.
2) PIT AND PADDOCK EQUIPMENT
The actual trends of demands to racing team presentations are very high. Sponsors want perfect visibility. The quality, top design, technical progress are the part of all levels of motorsport today. The essential part of this team presentation are the box and paddock areas. This fact is percieved by sponsors and fans very clearly and it is for them the look behind the scenes. Teams are presenting by this facts to the public and become more attractive and professional ofcourse.
The main target of CaseLiner s.r.o. is PIT & PADDOCK EQUIPMENT in all forms. The basic equipment for garage is the flooring, which we supply from the top quality supplier SWISSTRAX. This original U.S. manufacturer si currently the biggest supplier in the world. Thousands of teams are equiped with floor type RIB-TRAX, many other manufacturer and suppliers are trying to copy or fake that flooring. They are using various marketing tricks, to show that they are the best and have a better wieght capacaity or rigidity but thats are only presumptions which contradict the standard of RIB-TRAX, which you can see at box area around the world in absolute majority. To the flooring is linked the walling. These are supplied under our own name ALINER and thats are high variable profiles which can be combined with different producers. The advantage of that profiles is the positioning of walling to eight possible angles, including flat vertical profiels which can be practically without overlap printed by graphic theme. That makes the walling full screen graphic. Another element of the garage are gantries. These are used for hanging overheads and lighting.
Our own production QUICKLINER is available in three versions BI-SYSTEM, TRI-SYSTEM and QUATTRO-SYSTEM, in two pipe diameters 32 and 50mm. The auxilary part for any lifting equipments are couplings CELL. For the QUICKLINER we deliver overhead / lighting, is produced by us, designed as a FLIGHT CASE and CARBON, including electricity and OETIKER coupling. The working area for mechanics from visitors can be separated by tape barriers in various colours, including tape printings with sponsor or team logo.
All applications are delivered to the RALLY too, where are the specific requirements for outdoor use, for example INSTANT SHELTERS, personal cases for mechanics TOOLBOX MINI, Mechanix gloves and many other equipments.
Our development center is puting a great attention to supplemantary
equipments made from stainless steel and aluminium. We seek for a
user-friendly and universal equipments with extrem durability. We are
direct manufacturer of TYRES TROLLEYS, BOTTLE TROLLEYS, TYRES HEATER
RACK with HEATER MASTER, WHEEL BATH, TYRES PLATE for easy and quick
manipulation with tyres and other equipments in paddock. We supply
standard products but also we can supply the special equipments
according to your request and ideas. We can consult all technical
possibilities with our developing center. Supplements of that product
line are fast couplings made by OETIKER, connectors for air jack
STAUBLI, air pressure regulators made by HARRIS, DINO PAOLI.
We are
the official distributor of the Italian legend DINO PAOLI, the producer
of wheel guns, hoses, regulators, comperessors. Every components we can
deliver quickly, professionally, including special FLIGHT CASE for all
equipments of DINO PAOLI.
We are producers of REFUELING equipments, especially REFUEL TANK FR-200, following the reglement FIA, "J" 252-7, including all restrictors and discriminators. REFULET TANK valve including hose PLUTONE "A", fast connecting valve KAMLOCK, refueling valve made by ATL or STAUBLI. The whole refueling system is supplied including PIT TROLLEY FIA, into which can be stored the RF-200 for easy transport.
3) DRIVER EQUIPMENT - STAND 21
We are the official distributor of French company STAND 21, this is the producer of the racing equipment for motorsport, carting drivers and teams. The biggest advantage of that company STAND 21 is complete delivery for drivers „Made To Measure“. That mean deliveries following requested sizes of driver and following team design requests or in standard sizes and designs. We supply that equipments in very short delivery times. Standard delivery time is up to 12 days. We are officialy trained to install HANS® DEVICES by STAND 21, we offer proffesional training also. We have our own training center with possibility to test all types and sizes of HANS® DEVICES.
4) RACING SERVICE ON THE TRACK
We provide the racing service on the tracks for DINO PAOLI, ATL, OETIKER, STAUBLI, CASELINER, ALINER, QUICKLINER and STAND21 HANS DEVICES.
